I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and a little spacious, with nice tea and coffee facilities. However, the back side could be cleaner. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort, even providing nuts in the room. The location was excellent, near the park and shopping areas, offering a quiet retreat in the midst of the city buzz. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and there was a wide range to choose from which was great, but being near the lifts meant we could hear a lot of noise, making it feel small and claustrophobic. However, upgrading to the 'Wow' Suite was worth it.
